S-Corp, LLC sole owner, or non profit org?

I am wanting to take my writing group into a busines of some form because we put on an annual book festival and we are wanting to publish a book and start a contest or something for children as well. What are your thoughts on this? what business form woudl be best for me? My writing group is over 10 years old and we have members scattered around the USA, one in Canada; we're mostly in Columbus Ohio. Please and thank you for your input. nora holt noraholt85@yahoo.com
